Common Questions
How do I delete my account? Open Theo and tap the menu icon → Settings → Data → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, conversations, notes, and embeddings. You can also email us at hello@pangeo.ai from your account email and we will delete it for you.
How do I reset my password? On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. We will email you a reset link. The link opens directly in Theo on iOS and Android, or in your browser on the web.
Why does Theo say I've reached a weekly limit? Free accounts include up to 100 messages per calendar week. The counter resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Your remaining messages are visible in Settings → Plan.
Theo gave me an answer that seems wrong. Theo's responses are generated by AI and can be incorrect, especially on doctrinal questions. Always verify important information with your pastor, your faith community, and authoritative sources. If you want to flag a specific response, share it with us using the form below — your conversation history is private and only seen by you unless you explicitly send it.
